As has been the case in the past, we are providing a downloadable PDF for you to fill out and send back in to us. This form includes all the important information regarding the conference, group registration forms, and individual registration forms & waivers. Please be sure to fill out all sections of the registration package, as this will speed up processing of your group registration for the conference. We look forward to seeing you in Regina in 2010!
